Also known as Zante, this beautiful island is rich in history and has a pleasant and healthy climate. Another feature of the island is its thermal springs located throughout the island.
 

The villa is located in the quiet and peaceful area of Amoudi 1 km from the village of Alykanas. The villa is 10 minutes away (on foot) from the sandy beach Amoudi which is ideal for children.
 

From the spacious terraces located on a hill overlooking the sea you have a wonderful view of the sandy beaches, the crystal clear sea and the island of Cephalonia.
 

The 90 sq.m. villa consists of a living / dining room with fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (large double bed / 2 single beds), 1 fireplace, 2 bathrooms, large terraces with furniture and sea view, private parking, and also, the villa is protected with fence.
